SHIPPING & RETURNS
Returns are accepted for store credit. To initiate a return, email firstname.lastname@example.org or get in touch using the contact form here.
Items must be sent back within 7 days of delivery with tracking, return shipping paid by buyer. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card for the amount of the item (not including shipping) and is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Items must be in original condition when received. Sale/clearance items are not eligible for return.
To facilitate easy return shipping, we are happy to email you a pre-paid shipping label upon request. The cost of the label will be deducted from the store credit amount.
Orders ship from our NYC studio within 2-4 business days via USPS. A shipping notice with tracking info will be sent as soon as your order is on the way. Orders within the US typically arrive 2-3 business days after the package has been shipped.
International orders are shipped with the US Postal Service and are then handled by the postal system of the destination country for final delivery. Delivery time averages 7-10 days but can occasionally take up to 3 weeks. Please be aware that customs fees or import taxes may be assessed by your local government on any international purchases- it is advisable to familiarize yourself with these potential charges before placing your order. Packages that are unclaimed or returned due to refusal of customs fees are not refundable. In such cases the option will be given to reship at the buyer's expense.
