RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your purchase, but in case it doesn't work out we are happy to offer returns for store credit. Please email marie@improvgoods.com to initiate a return.
Items must be sent back within 7 days of delivery with tracking, return shipping paid by buyer. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card for the amount of the item (not including shipping) and is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Items must be in original condition when received. Sale/clearance items are not eligible for return.
To facilitate easy return shipping, we are happy to email you a pre-paid shipping label upon request. The cost of the label will be deducted from the store credit amount.
SHIPPING
Orders ship within 2-4 business days. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the shipping label is created.
Orders within the US usually arrive within 2-5 business days once the package has shipped.
International orders are shipped via the US Postal Service and are then handled by the postal system of the destination country for final delivery. Delivery time averages 7-10 days but can occasionally take up to 3 weeks. Improv Goods is not responsible for any applicable duty fees which may arise upon accepting your package. During any international customs process, duty fees may be charged upon receipt.
We offset 100% carbon emissions from shipping on every delivery.
