RETURNS

+ We hope you love your purchase, but in case it doesn't work out we gladly offer returns for store credit. Please review all details below and contact us to initiate a return. 

+ Items must be sent back within 7 days of delivery and must be in original condition when received. 

+ Store credit will be issued as a gift card for the amount of the item(s) (excluding shipping) and is valid for 1 year from the original date of purchase. 

+ To facilitate easy return shipping, we are happy to email you a pre-paid return shipping label on request. The shipping cost will be deducted from the store credit amount. 

+ Returns are accepted for online orders only. Purchases made at our retail location at Belleville Market are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

+ Sale items, apothecary items, and socks are final sale and are not eligible for return.
