RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted for store credit.

Items must be sent back within 15 days of delivery with tracking, return shipping to be paid by buyer. Store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item (not including shipping). The credit is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Items must be in original condition when received. Sale/clearance items are ineligible for return. 

To facilitate easy return shipping, we are happy to send you a pre-paid shipping label upon request. The cost of the label will be deducted from the store credit amount.

US SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders ship from our NYC studio within 5 business days via USPS. A shipping notice with tracking info will be sent as soon as your order is on the way. Orders within the US typically arrive 2-3 business days after the package has shipped. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are shipped with the US Postal Service and are then handled by the postal service of the destination country for final delivery. Delivery time averages 7-10 days but can occasionally take up to 3 weeks. Customs and import duties are assessed by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility. It is advisable to familiarize yourself with your country’s customs fees before purchasing. Improv Goods has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Packages that are unclaimed or returned due to refusal of customs fees are not refundable. In such cases the option will be given to reship at the buyer's expense.
